Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → ForgeBody → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Open ForgeBody and go to the subscription screen. Tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to originally subscribe.

First try tapping "Restore Purchase" on the paywall screen. If that doesn't work, sign out and back in. If you're still having trouble email us at hello@forgebody.fit with your Apple ID email and we'll sort it out immediately.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the ForgeBody charge and request a refund. Apple typically processes these within 48 hours.

Email us at hello@forgebody.fit with the subject "Delete My Account" and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall ForgeBody from the App Store — your data is saved to your account and will restore when you sign back in. If you're still experiencing issues please email us at hello@forgebody.fit.

Open the hamburger menu (top left) → tap your programme → select "Change Programme". You can switch programmes at any time without losing your workout history.

A Streak Freeze protects your training streak for one missed day. You get one freeze per week. Activate it on the Streak screen before midnight if you know you can't train that day.

Yes. ForgeBody can sync completed workouts to Apple Health. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → ForgeBody.
